We want you to love your new shoes, so if you're not perfectly satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, unless deemed faulty.

Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Post
Print your generated shipping label, securely pack your items in the original shoebox, and drop the parcel off at any Australia Post location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
